Drama

Middle School and High School students are invited to be part of our drama program. Our drama activities allow students to bring Glory to God as they grow in character and deepen their competency in areas such as speaking, acting, dancing, singing, set design, or production support. Students will exercise self-discipline and teamwork as they prepare for competition and public presentation. Our One Act performance and competition takes place during the winter, and our larger play/musical takes place in the spring.  

It is our prayer that through these opportunities, students will help their audience explore the human condition, challenge the culture we live in, and discover more about their role in it. Performing an intense scene can evoke deep emotions of joy, pain, fear, triumph, or love within both the audience and the artist. Our challenge is to help students to engage their audience in a meaningful experience, and express Biblical perspective and truth through whatever activity they participate in.
